Each Rukka garment is tailored to function best in a defined riding environment. Various technologies have been developed, each tailored to different riding demands and conditions. The Rukka Unicorn textile motorcycle jacket is a high performance motorcycle jacket constructed from abrasion resistant knitted Cordura AFT. The Unicorn jacket has a removable internal jacket which provides an insulating layer for when the temperature drops. CE approved RVP Air body armour provides added protection in vulnerable areas. The Rukka Unicorn jacket has plenty of zip adjustments to enable you to control volume and to obtain a perfect and comfortable fit. Rukka produce jackets of outstanding quality with the greatest attention to detail as you are likely to see. Please note there is an additional cost for sizes 62-66 as they are special order sizes. Outlast Technology:

Outlast works as a thermal shock absorber by slowing the rate of temperature change within a wearer's personal microclimate. Microcapsuals absorb and release warmth according to the wearers’ individual needs. Outlast reduces the rate at which a person will overheat or get cold.

Gore Lockout Closure:

Gore Lockout Closure is a toothless construction that opens and closes silently and delivers 100% waterproof protection. The metal slider moves up the garment smoothly interlocking two double channelled polymer tracks to create a flat fronted finish that removes the need for a storm flap.

Cordura:

For years, Cordura has proven irreplaceable in the production of high quality motorcycle clothing. Cordura is a nylon thread made by DuPont out of 100 per cent polyamide fibres. The raw fibres are cut, re-spun and finally woven to a fabric. Cordura is available in many different fibre strengths and has a much higher abrasion resistance than regular nylon. Rukka only employs Cordura with a minimum fibre strength of at least 500 denier, raising safety standards to a very high level.

5 Year Warranty:

Rukka gives a full five year guarantee from the date of purchase against faults in material or workmanship. In such cases Rukka will either replace a garment or replace it. The guarantee does not cover misuse, faulty care or faults caused by normal wear and tear. Save your sales receipt as the date of purchase and point of sale printed on it are required to claim the guarantee.
