1. Do you have a shop?

Yes, we are a 'Clicks and Mortar' business based in Blindley Heath, Surrey. (A22, 4 miles south of M25 Jct. 6)

Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 till 6:00 and Sat 10:00 till 5:00. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Callers are always welcome. If there is something specific you are looking for we recommend you call us first to check stock availability, we wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey.

3. Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Yes! If an item you order from The Biker Store goes on sale within 10 days of your original purchase we will refund the difference.

5. What is the monthly gear giveaway?

Each month we giveaway a £50 store credit.

The winner is randomly selected from our mailing list. To enter the draw all you have to do is sign up for our monthly newsletter at the top of our homepage or on the left-hand side of any other page. If you have already bought something from us you will automatically be entered into the draw.

1. What forms of payment do you take?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout.

Yes it is 100% safe and secure.

We use Sage Pay to process all card transactions. Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

International Order Questions

1. Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We ship to all of the 29 European Union nations. In addition we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Japan. When we supply goods outside of the UK or European Union they are supplied tax free. However, please be aware your order may be subject to import duty. Any import duty is the resposibility of the customer and NOT the responsibility of The Biker Store. The Biker Store cannot refund any import duties that may be charged.

2. What forms of payment do you accept for international orders?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you request an item to be shipped to an address other than your billing address for your security and ours we may need to contact you to ask for further identification and security information.

We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. In addition, if necessary, we can take payment via direct bank transfer.

3. How much will shipping cost?

Our international shipping costs are calculated by weight. Shipping costs to your destination can be calculated by adding items to the shopping cart.

Delivery Questions

1. Do you ship for free?

Shipping is FREE to the UK mainland if you spend £49.99 or more. Under £49.99 we charge a flat rate of £4.99.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands is charged by weight. Pricing can be calculated by adding items to the shopping cart.

2. Who do you use to deliver my order?

We use UPS or the Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery service.

3. How long does delivery take?

You can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days however it is often quicker. Our delivery times are subject to stock availability. If delivery is going to be delayed we will contact you.

4.  I am not at home during the day can I get my order delivered to work?

Yes. We can ship to your work address. Please include the company name when filling out the delivery address.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. If your item has been sent with UPS. We have a UPS shipping module fully integrated with our back office systems. As soon as your order has been sent you will receive tracking information. So you can follow your order all the way to your door.

6. What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?

A card will be left at your delivery address to advise of the failed delivery. The card will either contain a new delivery date and or a contact phone number. You can ring this number to rearrange delivery at your convenience.

1. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes you can. Under distance selling regulations you are allowed a 7 day cooling of period in which you can return an item without any justification.

At The Biker Store we have extended that period to 30 days. Terms and conditions apply.

2. Can I exchange an item if it is the wrong size?

Yes you can. We will happily exchange your item. (products must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

Using our automated self-service returns system you will need to get a return authorisation number (RA#) so we can process your return efficiently.

3.  I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Biker Store you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

4. You fools have sent me the wrong item! What do I do now?

Fools! That's not nice. Nor is receiving the wrong product! Sorry.

On occasions we may make a mistake with an order. If we have sent you the wrong item we will pay to exchange it as quickly as possible. Please contact us on our customer support line 01342 458171.

Store Credit and Account Questions

1. What is a store credit and how do I get it?

You can receive a store credit in several ways.  When returning items you have the option to select either 'Receive Store Credit' or 'Full Refund'; if you select 'Receive Store Credit' you will receive a store credit for the amount of your return. Alternatively when you make a purchase from The Biker Store you will automatically receive a Cash Back Reward which is issued in the form of a store credit.
