How do I join the Discount Club to take advantage of the discounted prices?

It is very simple. 

Fill out your name and email address at the top left hand corner of this page in the ‘Discount Club’ panel. Or click on any of the ‘club’ logos which will take you to the sign up page. On completing the form, you will receive an email with your login details and instructions on how to login.

Discounts will only be applied at checkout when you are logged in

 

How do I order?

Once you have chosen an item, you can add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the green shopping cart icon. You will then be transferred to the shopping cart. From there, you can either go through the checkout process or continue shopping.

How do I pay?

There are three ways you can pay: any major credit or debit card, PayPal or Google Checkout. 

Rest assured when using your credit or debit card, your transaction will be safe and secure. As we use Protx to process all card transactions.  Protx employ the highest levels of online security.  Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

 

Can I visit you?

Yes. Callers are also welcome at our shop in Hildenborough.

Opening times are Mon-Fri 10.00-6.00, Sat 10.00-5.00. Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.

How much is delivery within the UK?

We have three price bands for delivery:

·         Orders to the value of £50           Delivery charge £2.99

·         Orders between £50 and £150   Delivery charge £5.00

·         Orders over £150                             Free Delivery

 

How long is delivery?

Subject to stock availability, standard delivery is within 7 to 10 working days, however it is often much quicker than this.

 

Who do you use to deliver the parcels?

We use City-Link or Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

 

What happens if I'm not in when my parcel is delivered?

A card will be left at your address to advise of the failed delivery. The card will either contain a new delivery date or a contact phone number. You can ring this number to arrange delivery at your convenience.

 

What do you do with my personal information?

Absolutely nothing!! We guarantee not to share any information with other companies or third parties. All information is kept on our secure server and will only be used by us to contact you should we have any queries with your order. We may occasionally send you promotional material by email. If you do not wish to receive further promotions from us, there is an unsubscribe button on the email.
